We welcome you at 19u00 in the restaurant Manuscript for a sparkling aperitif with appetisers followed by a refined dinner. The festive season wouldn't be complete without the traditional treats like fresh home made pastries, ginger bread, delicious pralines, luxury hot chocolate milk, speculaas cookies and freshly brewed coffee.
The "Sweet Delights in Bruges" experience, for EURO 20 per person, is available in our Lobby Lounge from 1 December 2008 until 31 January 2009 on a daily basis from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, restaurant "Manuscript" is a comfortable elegant restaurant that offers a truly Belgian dining experience.
Our Executive Chef Koenraad Steenkiste and his team created menus as magnificent as the hotel itself.
Koenraad sources only the finest and seasonal ingredients. All of those ingredients come straight from the producers. His cooking ranges from Belgian classics to traditional fare, gastronomic cuisine as well as the modern flavours of today.
The quality of his cooking justifies Koenraads reputation as one of the best and most creative chefs in Bruges. He is spending most of his time in the kitchen with his team, to ensure quality and consistency as well as training the chefs of tomorrow.
The stylishly elegant ambiance of the restaurant combined with the unique selection of international wines, the Art of food carving and the cheese trolley can only be classified as culturally inspired, traditional Belgian.
